Preparation method Fry the firm beancurd and cut into cubes Deshell the eggs Slice the green chilli Cut Chinese Celery into sections mix corn starch with 50g of water Blanch noodles and bean sprouts
Cooking Steps Add Hai's Instant Mee Rebus Paste into 1 litre of boiling water. And boil for 10 mins. Add cornstarch to water and mix well. Add mixture to thicken. Once thickened it is ready to serve
