Preparation Ingredients: 1 packet of Asia Joy Japanese Curry Paste, 50g white onion, 50g potato, 50g carrot (cut the ingredients above into cubes), 200g chicken thigh meat (sliced), 300ml water, 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Preparation Method: Add in onion, potato, carrot into oil and stir-fry for 2 mins. Add in chicken thigh meat and Asia Joy Japanese Curry Paste and fry for 3 mins.
