Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet of Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste, 160g thick vermicelli noodle, 60g yellow noodle, 4 pcs prawn (deshelled), 1 medium squid (cut into ring), 1 tbsp garlic, 2tbsp cooking oil, 1 egg (beaten), 200ml water, 50g beansprouts, chives as desired (cut into strip).
Preparation Method:
Add garlic to cooking oil and fry till fragrant. Add in beaten egg to fry. Add in vermicelli, yellow noodle and beansprouts and fry for 1 min. Add in prawn, squid, water and Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste and bring to boil. Once boiled, cover wok and let it simmer for 2 mins. Open wok and add in chives and stir-fry until gravy thickens and it is ready to serve.
