Preparation ingredients 1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy Sweet & Sour Meat Paste 200g chicken meat 30g big onion 25g each of green / red capsicum 30g cucumber 30g pineapple 60g water 1tbsp cooking oil 1 piece egg (egg white only) Corn starch as desired
Preparation method Marinate chicken with salt, sugar and pepper for 15 minutes Cut the onion into bite sized pieces Cut the capsicum into bite sized pieces Cut thecucumber into bite sized pieces Cut the Pineapple into bite sized pieces
Cooking Steps Coat the marinated chicken meat with beaten egg and cornstarch Deep fry chicken meat till golden brown Add onion to heated oil and fry Add capsicum, cucumber and pineapple and fry Add in Hai’s Asia Joy Sweet & Sour Meat Paste, water and mix well Add in fried chicken Mix well and it is ready to serve
