Preparation method Finely chop the garlic Cut the chilli-padi Devein and dry the prawns
Cooking Steps Add in corn starch to prawn and mix well Fry prawns in cooking oil till golden brown Melt the butter Add in garlic, curry leaves and chilli padi. Add in Hai’s Asia Joy Salted Egg Butter Prawn Paste and water, stir-fry till fragrant Add in prawns Mix well and it is ready to serve
