Preparation ingredients 1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy White Bee Hoon Paste 100g vermicelli (rinse and set aside) 4 pieces fresh prawn 1 piece fresh squid 12 pieces fresh clams 1 piece egg 50g choy sum 1 tbsp cooking oil 15g garlic 500ml water

Cooking Steps Stir-fry garlic in oil till fragrant Add in egg to fry Add in water and Hai’s Asia Joy White Bee Hoon Paste and bring to boil Add in vermicelli and cook for 2 mins Add in all the ingredients and simmer for 3 mins and it is ready to serve
