Shallot, Palm Oil, Chilli, Mix powder (coriander, cumin,fennel, turmeric,chilli,cinnamon,cardamom, ginger, garlic,pepper &cloves), Galangal, Lemongrass, Garlic, Sugar, Salt , Candlenut, Turmeric, Pandan leave, Sodium Inosinate and Guanylate.

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet (230 g) Hai's Instant Curry Chicken Paste
1kg chicken meat (blanched)
300 g potatoes (cut into halves)
250 ml coconut milk
500ml water
 

Preparation Method:
1. Heat work and stir-fry 1 packet of Hais's Instant Curry Chicken Paste, chicken meat and potatoes till fragrant.
2.Add water and cook for 10 minutes
3. Then add in coconut milk and simmer under low heat for 10 minutes before serving
