Ingredients:
Water, Dried Shrimp, Garlic, Palm Oil, Chicken Seasoning Powder, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Wheat Flour, Salt), White Pepper, Salt, Thickener (E1422), Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E635).

Contains Crustaceans, Fish Product, Soya, Wheat and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Egg, Celery, Milk, Peanut, Tree Nut, Sesame and Mustard Seed.

Preparation

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet of Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste, 160g thick vermicelli noocle, 60g yellow noodle, 4 pcs prawn (deshelled), 1 medium squid (cut into rings), 1 tbsp garlic, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 egg (beaten), 200ml water, 50g beansprouts, chives as desired (cut into strip).
 

Preparation Method:
Add garlic to cooking oil and fry till fragrant. Add in beaten egg to fry. Add in vermicelli, yellow noodle and beansprouts and fry for 1 min. Add in prawn, squid, water and Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste and bring to boil. Once boiled, cover wok and let it simmer for 2 mins. Open wok and add in chives and stir-fry until gravy thickens and it is ready to serve.
