Ingredients:
Soya sauce ( soya beans, flour, salt), vegetable oil (palm oil) , sugar, garlic, blue ginger, mushroom powder (wheat flour, cornflour, skimmed milk,palm fat,sugar,permitted flour enhancer(E621,E635), mushroom, hydrolysed vegetable protein,onion,permitted edible gum,spices,and premitted flavouring(contains wheat, milk)), star anise, cinnamon and spices.

Preparation

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet (230g) Hai's Instant Meat Paste
1 kg of meat (cleaned and blanced with boiling water)
10 unpeeled garlic
500 ml of water
 

Preparation Method:
1. Shallow fry the unpeeled garlic in oil till fragrant.
2. Empty the packet of Hai's Instant Braised Meat Paste and stir till boil, add water and meat.
3. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat till meat is tender.
