Ingredients: Onion, garlic, chilli, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, tamarind (Assam Jawa), ginger bud, dried shrimp, sugar, vegetable oil, soya sauce, and anchovy seasoning powder.

Preparation Ingredients: 1 packet (200g ) Hai's Instant Assam Fish Paste 2 Whole Kambong Fish or Fish Meat approx. 400g to 500g 1 whole onion (cut into wedges) 3 to 4 dried chilli (cut into sections)Some cucumber strips and onion strips
Preparation Method: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in wok. 2. Fry onion wedges and dried chilli until fragrant. 3. Add in 1 packet of Hai's Instant Assam Fish Paste and 300 ml of water and bring to boil. 4. Add fish and simmer till fish is fully cooked. 5. Garnish with onion and cucumber strips.
