Ingredients:
Water, Chicken Seasoning Powder, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Wheat Flour, Salt), Pepper, Flavour Enhancer (E635), Thickener (E1422), Sugar.

Allergens:
Contains Fish Product, Soya, Wheat and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Crustaceans, Milk, Peanut, Tree Nut, Sesame, Egg, Celery and Mustard Seed.

Preparation

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet Asia Joy White Bee Hoon Paste, 100g vermicelli (rinsed), 4 pcs prawn (deshelled), 1 pcs squid (cut into rings), 12 pcs clam, 1 egg (beaten), 50g choy sum, 1bsp cooking oil, 1tbsp garlic, 500 ml water.
 

Preparation Method:
Stir-fry garlic in 1 tbsp of oil till fragrant. Add in beaten egg to fry. Add in water and Asia Joy White Bee Hoon Paste and bring to boil. Add in vermicelli and cook for 2mins. Add in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 3 mins and it is ready to serve.
