Ingredients:
Soya Sauce (Water, Soya Bean, Wheat Flour, Salt), Sugar, Garlic, Chilli, Ginger, Water, Plum, Thickener (E1422, E415), Acidity Regulator (E260), Pepper, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E635)

Allergens:
Contains Soya, Wheat and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Crustaceans, Egg, Celery, Fish Product, Milk, Peanut, Tree Nut, Sesame and Mustard Seed.

Preparation

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet of Asia Joy Korean Stir Fried Meat Paste, 250g chicken thigh meat (sliced), 1 white onion (sliced), 1/2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp garlic.

Preparation Method:
Marinate chicken thigh meat with Asia Joy Korean Stir Fried Meat Paste for 30 mins. Add garlic to cooking oil and fry till fragrant. Add in marinated chicken thigh meat and onion.  Fry for 3-5 mins and it is ready to serve (Can be used as BBQ Sauce)
