Ingredients:
Black Soya Bean, Sugar, Water, Palm Oil, Dark Sauce [Extracts of Soya Bean, Salt, Permitted Colouring (E150c), Wheat Flour, Sugar], Soya Bean Paste (Soya Beans, Water, Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Permitted Colouring (E150c), Salted Black Bean Paste (Black Soya Beans, Water, Salt), Chicken Seasoning Powder, Salt, Sesame Oil, Thickener (E1422, E415), Flavour Enhancer ( E635).

Allergens:
Contains Soy, Wheat, Sesame and their derivatives. Manufactured in a factory that also processes Crustacean, Fish Products, Milk, Peanut, Tree Nut, Egg, Celery, and Mustard Seed.

Preparation

Preparation Ingredients:
1 packet of Asia Joy Korean Jjajang Paste, 2 tbsp oil, 100g onion (cut into cubes), 100g chicken meat (cut into cubes), 1tbsp garlic, 100ml water, 400g cooked noodle of your choice, 50g shredded cucumber.

Preparation Method:
Add garlic to oil and fry till fragrant, add chicken meat and onion and fry till tender. Add in Asia Joy Korean Jjajang Paste and water, simmer till thickened. Pour sauce over a bowl of noodles and garnish with shredded cucumbers and ready to serve. Goes great with rice too!
