Preparation ingredients 1 packet of Hai’s Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste 160g thick vermicelli noodle 60g yellow noodle 4 pieces fresh prawns 1 piece fresh squid 15g garlic 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 piece egg 50g bean sprouts Chives as needed
Preparation method Chop garlic Deshell the prawns cut squid into rings cut chives into strips
Cooking Steps Add garlic to cooking oil and fry till fragrant. Add in egg to fry. Add in thick vermicelli, yellow noodle and beansprouts and fry for 1 min. Add in water, Hai’s Asia Joy Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle Paste, Prawns and Squid and bring to boil. Once boiled, cover wok and let it simmer for 2 mins. Open wok and add in chives and stir-fry until gravy thickens and it is ready to serve.
