Preparation ingredients 80g of Hai’s XO Sambal Sauce, 300g scallops, 100g asparagus, 30g carrot, 1 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp water Preparation method Blanch scallops, asparagus and carrot in hot water and set aside for later use.
