Preparation method Wash and deshell prawns Blanch beansprouts and water spinach
Cooking Steps Stir-fry prawn shells with 1 tbsp of oil till fragrant. Add Hai's Instant Prawn Noodle Paste to 1.5 liters of boiling water. Cook for 30 mins on medium fire. Sieve the prawn shells from the soup. Cook prawns in boiling soup and set aside. Blanch noodles, beansprouts, and water spinach and it is ready to serve.
